General Terms and Conditions Enova Solutions GmbH

General

The purpose of the company is the trade with and the production of devices, components and their accessories in the field of electronics and electrical engineering. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
By placing an order, the customer fully and legally accepts all of the following conditions, regardless of his own conditions, which may be different.

Customer information

Our current offer and the prices are listed for the customers on our homepage www.connector-distribution.com. The printed catalog may not be completely up to date in all respects.

E-shop

Our homepage is also a worldwide e-shop. It is also used to prepare a cost calculation (offer) for a possible order. Orders can be placed with or without a customer account. Existing customers log in with e-mail address and password. In countries where Enova Solutions GmbH is exclusively represented, customers cannot order directly from Enova Solutions GmbH and are referred to the respective dealers. Otherwise, Enova Solutions GmbH does not share any customer data with third parties.

Offers

For standard products of the catalog and the homepage no quotations are generated, because the e-shop calculates them automatically (screen printout shortly before the order and afterwards process abort). For larger quantities from 1000 pieces or for custom-made products, we will be happy to provide quotations.

Order confirmations

Orders placed via the e-shop are automatically confirmed by e-mail. Orders for standard articles that are not placed via the e-shop will only be confirmed in the case of long-term deadline orders or delivery delays of more than 3 working days from receipt of order. Orders for individual special articles and long-term deadline orders will be confirmed.

Delivery terms

The delivery time will be checked after receipt of the order and the corresponding information will be communicated by separate e-mail. Failure to meet delivery deadlines does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

Shipping / delivery time

The shipment Domestic Austria and International will be made by UPS. The corresponding tracking number will be communicated by e-mail after shipment. For delivery outside Austria and outside the EU we have no influence on the processing speed of the respective customs office.

Shipping condition

All shipments are shipped according to Incoterm DAP. Deliveries within Austria are charged with the statutory VAT. Deliveries within the EU are delivered on an intra-community basis, reservation the VAT number is allowed for such deliveries. For deliveries outside the EU, Enova Solutions GmbH does not charge VAT. Corporate customers with a deferral account may authorize the shipping service provider to handle such deliveries. Apart from the VAT in the recipient country, there are normally no further costs for the recipient with a deferral account. For corporate customers without a deferral account and private individuals, the shipping service provider may charge a fee of EUR 10.00 - EUR 30.00 for the provision of capital (depending on the recipient country and value of goods). After consultation with the shipping service provider, the settlement will be made in cash, by credit card or, in the case of corporate customers, by invoice. (all information without guarantee).

Prices

Any price adjustments in CHF and EUR are at the discretion of Enova Solutions GmbH and can be made without prior information.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for transport at no extra charge.

Complaints

Within 20 days in writing after receipt of the goods. Complaints do not justify any delay in outstanding payments.

Repairs

Goods may only be returned after prior consultation with us and at the expense of the sender. It may be possible to remedy the defect inexpensively by a simple repair on site or by delivery of a replacement part.

Cancellations

Orders of standard products can be canceled without cost consequences as long as they are not invoiced and on their way to the customer.

Returns

Goods may only be returned by prior arrangement with us. Items must be as new, current and in perfect condition. The maximum amount that can be credited is the invoiced value of the goods. Expenses and re-import costs can be deducted from the credit.

Warranty

Enova Solutions GmbH provides a 2-year warranty on connectors. It is at the discretion of Enova Solutions GmbH to decide whether a defect is due to material or manufacturing faults, normal wear and tear, incorrect handling or force majeure. Except in the case of material or manufacturing defects, the cost of repair, replacement and shipment shall be borne by the purchaser.

Changes

Enova Solutions GmbH reserves the right to change the product range, design, technical data and accessories at any time and without notice.

Retention of title

The goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment of the invoice amount.

Jurisdiction / Law

The place of jurisdiction is Feldkirch, Austria. Austrian law is exclusively applicable.
